For Steve, it was always a good time to take a call. He had a ready, reliable contact for every service I required. To be honest, it was hard to keep up. And though all my questions were basic — surely he's heard them a thousand times — he was happy to hear them. Steve's enthusiastic about his job. He's still interested. And none of this would matter if he didn't get results. He did: great results, before I bloody knew it. A professional colleague recommended Mr. Hamre, and I owe him a beer.

Steve and his team were wonderful to work with, and we highly recommend him. The process went very smoothly, from getting the house ready for sale - Steve gave us excellent referrals for staging and for a pre-inspection - through to choosing the appropriate sale price, and finally to closing the deal. Steve was unfailingly pleasant and good-humoured, with deep experience. There were a couple of times where communication could have been a little more fulsome (texts are quick but they can sometimes lack details), but overall Steve was on top of things and was extremely responsive and understanding.
