Steve had our home sold before it even hit the market (officially)! We got the price we wanted and the closing date we needed.

We have worked with Steve Hamre in the past both buying and selling and we have always enjoyed a great working relationship. When selling our home, Steve provided us with excellent help in preparing our home for the market (ie staging and repairs). When buying, Steve was extremely accommodating to our schedule and found us the ideal house before it came on the market. Steve also has a trusted network of contractors who can provide support ranging from general contracting to moving your belongings. We would highly recommend Steve.

Steve is easy to work with and an honest agent. He found our house and when we weren’t keen on the area he told us all the pluses. When we saw the house we fell in love with it. He was right on all counts with the neighbor hood and house. Thanks on all counts!!
