I trusted Greg's expertise to sell my home as he came highly recommended by friends who had used him 7 times within the last 20 years. His knowledge and expertise was impressive and he made the process smooth and easy for me to understand as it has been over 20 years since I last sold a home. Greg's market analysis was spot-on as my home was priced correctly which brought me a sale agreement within the first couple of days after it went on the market. When it was time to negotiate the agreed sale price with the new buyers, Greg's negotiation skills were unmatched; we got the price we had anticipated. And lastly, I also have to thank the staging team he used to make my home look even more beautiful to potential buyers. On a personal note, Greg kept in touch with me months after the sale and purchase of my new home (through his company) to see how I was settling in. Greg is a very professional, proactive, and knowledgeable real estate agent. He's also very compassionate towards his clients. Everyone's situation is different when it comes to selling and buying properties. For us, the timing to sell our house before moving to our new built home was extremely sensitive. We contacted Greg and he came to visit us the next day to discuss strategies. The following day at 5:30 am, he emailed us with a plan that included a staging appointment, photo and video shoot, and when the house would go live on the market. Everything was done within 7 days and we sold our home within 3 weeks. It takes time to build trust and such a relationship, but I strongly recommend Greg to anyone who needs results without any hassle. He will deliver beyond your expectations, as he has done for our family numerous times. Good luck if you're searching for the right agent, but don't waste too much time on it because you won't know until you deal with them.
