Selling a house can be stressful but Yvan made this an enjoyable experience. Yvan's marketing approach was outstanding. His service included the professional home staging, which was key in preparing to sell, and the storage locker to store our excess furniture. To add to that, the professional video and pictures were unbelievable. They made our home amazingly beautiful. We had meetings with Yvan and he explained us the market trend which helped us to market our house. The first day on the market, we had many visits and received an offer on the 2nd day.
