We highly recommend Yvan for a Real Estate Agent. He is highly efficient, knowledgeable, organized, bilingual, fast and persuasive. It was such a pleasure working with him and he helped us remain calm during a very stressful time. He provided us with excellent recommendations from a great home stagger, to a pre-home inspector and even suggestion for a temporary storage during the staging portion of the sale. All these factors and more helped us be successful with the sale of our home.
