After almost 30 years of living in our condo townhome we decided to look for a small bungalow. We reached out to Yvan in the month of December to assist us with our search and to arrange for some showings of properties that we were interested in. Yvan has guided us in the most professional and knowledgeable manner through the whole process. Yvan proved to be a very knowledgable realtor with superior attention to detail. He took great care and guided us in making our offer to purchase on our new home. The same is true when it came to the sale of our condo. Yvan arranged for a meeting with a home stager who gave us some excellent ideas on how to market our home so that it would great in the on-line pictures. We were very impressed with how the video and pictures turned out and received much positive feedback from friends/neighbours. We received two offers to purchase. Yvan carefully walked us through each of the offers, weighing the pros & cons of each one. He was meticulous. He highlighted things that we never even thought to consider (like the length of time a purchaser had requested for completing a home inspection). Yvan was extremely patient with us and he always answered each and every email that we sent him. Yvan has, in our view, gone above and beyond for every step with regard to purchasing our new home and selling our condo.
