<p>Yvan Rheaume acted as a consummate professional throughout the sale process of our home. In addition to understanding our unique real estate needs as a military service couple, he impressed us with his thorough analytical approach to pricing our home for sale, which included a comprehensive market analysis of past and current pricing trends as well as projected land values. The information he provided helped us not only decide on a price point for our home, but also understand "the why" and "the how" with regard to deriving that price. He provided great attention to detail and was always quick to return emails, texts and phone calls which was instrumental in maintaining an open dialogue. We also appreciated working with his team of professionals, who helped us stage our home in preparation for the sale. This was in addition to his incentive program that offset the cost of a storage unit and moving truck that was used for the purposes of decluttering our home during the staging process.
