<p>I consulted with Yvan as I wanted to sell my house. He had a lady come over and pass on points that would be beneficial to me in selling my house and staging.<br /> I wanted things done pretty quick and Yvan obliged!<br /> He met with me on a Wednesday evening, the pictures and video were taken the following Tuesday. The next Wednesday, he helped relocate all my boxes and excess items to a storage container. That Friday, my house hit the market and I had two competitive offers.<br /> His knowledge, assistance and advice were very helpful throughout the selling portion of my move! Selling is a very stressful time and he alleviated all pressure for me.</p>
