We are a military family returning to Canada from an overseeas posting with a one week window to find and purchase a home. From the start to finish Yvan was simply outstanding. He provided lead up information prior to our arrival which allowed us to hit the ground running. Even in this crazy and demanding market, with Yvan’s guidance and advice, within a few very busy days we were able to find a perfect home for our family. His professionalism, efficiency and great communication, made this stressful period completly manageable.
