Nous avons utilisé les services d’Yvan pour l’achat de notre maison. C’est un courtier immobilier d’expérience, professionnel et très compétent. Dès le premier contact, il a su démontrer un professionnalisme hors du commun. Lorsque nous communiquions avec lui, ses réponses étaient quasi-instantanées. Il n’hésitait pas à se déplacer le jour même pour effectuer les visites lorsque cela était possible. Il est très organisé, ce qui facilite grandement le processus de recherche et d’achat de maison. En plus, Yvan a une très bonne connaissance des différentes politiques et lors des visites, il sait exactement ce qu'il est important de vérifier dans les maisons afin de nous permettre de prendre une décision éclairée. Finalement, Yvan nous a surpris en allant même au-delà de nos attentes en ce qui a trait aux différents suivis qu’il effectue. Bref, Yvan offre vraiment un service 5 étoiles. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter aussi bien aux acheteurs d’une première maison qu’aux acheteurs expérimentés.

We are a military family returning to Canada from an overseeas posting with a one week window to find and purchase a home. From the start to finish Yvan was simply outstanding. He provided lead up information prior to our arrival which allowed us to hit the ground running. Even in this crazy and demanding market, with Yvan’s guidance and advice, within a few very busy days we were able to find a perfect home for our family. His professionalism, efficiency and great communication, made this stressful period completly manageable. It was also very apparent that Yvan is well known and respected with other Realtors and Real Estate service providers. Yvan is by far the most dedicated agent I've ever dealt with - and I say that after moving 13 times in 28 years...
