<p>I didn't expect my house to have so many showings so quickly. I was impressed by the pictures and video taken of my home, they showed the home nicely. I was impressed with Ron Neal's team (Gary Alberts) in knowing what was needed to present the home. I was amazed after 4 days listed that I had multiple offers plus received over asking in the end.<br /> Interesting enough, people who sold across the street from me priced there's too high and had to take a substantial loss. They also had their house on the market for many weeks. I was impressed by how everything ran so smoothly and efficiently with Ron Neal office that I would highly recommend them to friends.</p>
