<p>We were looking for a rare "live work" building in central Victoria. Due to the rarety of this type of property we were prepared for a long search. Ron found it in only a few days and after helping us with the negotiations while he was in Ireland, we were able to purchase it under budget.<br /> He scored the winning goal and stayed out of the penalty box!</p>

I was amazed after 4 days listed that I had multiple offers plus received over asking in the end.<br /> Interesting enough, people who sold across the street from me priced there's too high and had to take a substantial loss. They also had their house on the market for many weeks. I was impressed by how everything ran so smoothly and efficiently with Ron Neal office that I would highly recommend them to friends.</p>
