<p>We worked with Dave for the purchase and the sale of our home.<br /> What my husband I liked about Dave was that he is truthful about the market facts he doesn't hold back knowledge and he will give you as much detail as you need.<br />He doesn't force his opinion. He is very patient. I think we saw over 30 houses when we where buying our house. He always made himself available when we asked.</p> <p>For the sell of our house we were not in the country and Dave made everything go smoothly. We basically handed him the keys and really didn't need to worry about anything.</p> <p>I highly recommend him.</p>
