After not having a very good experience with another realtor, we were recommended Dave. He was like a breath of fresh air to work with and always had our best interests at heart. He helped us find and view many properties, sometimes within the same day as finding them. Some offers fell through due to being out bid, or a builder not wanting to work with our specific conditions, but he kept working diligently and we were able to secure and get our new home. He was always straightforward, honest, and never tried to push us into a house we didn’t like. If you are looking for an awesome realtor who is passionate about helping others, Dave is your guy! Highly recommend. We will definitely seek him out again if we ever need to buy or sell.
