I worked with Dave when selling my two rental properties in Calgary, he was the listing agent. Both sales were high stress as the buyers were very demanding and the tenants barely cooperative at first. Dave was able to get the tenants on board to help with showings. The next issue was the low ball offers received from the buyers agent, at first I was offended but Dave was able to work with the buyers agent and get the price up to a reasonable level where we could at least accept it. Then the inspection came in with some minor deficiencies on the property and the buyer wanted huge discounts on the price. I was ready to tell them to get lost but Dave was able to smooth things over with the buyers agent and we eventually got the deal closed. I highly recommend Dave.

Dave is a great agent because he understands the buyer's point of view. His previous involvement in real estate as a buyer was evident in our discussions - he was able to put himself in my shoes and communicate in a way that resonated with my objectives. I've since recommended Dave to friends & will continue to do so because I'm confident he will provide a superior level of service.

I have used Dave to purchase 3 homes. Each time I was very pleased with the results. One property in particular was on the verge of foreclosure. The process was long and stressful, but Dave did not give up on it. He even caught a special assessment that the owner had not paid. I recommend Dave, because he honest and hard working. He never pressured me into buying, and always took me to view as many homes as I wanted with out any complaints. There is no sugar coating with Dave, he always gives his honest opinion. I respect that.
