We were recommended Dave through friends and from the outset, it was clear that his thoughtful, concise, and sensible style would be a great fit for us as we navigated both a house sale and purchase. Dave told us that this would be a team effort, and what he expected from clients, which gave us confidence we would be able to achieve the outcome we had been dreaming of for nearly a decade. Dave quickly earned our trust in what was (and still is) a plate-of-hot-garbage market for buyers and sellers alike. As opposed to a reactive approach of chasing showings, internet views and MLS activity, Dave's metered, consistent style ultimately allowed us to get full value for our sale, which was no small task. He was sympathetic to how difficult showings can be for a family with small kids and pets, and answered our many (many many MANY!!) questions throughout the process. If there was a "Rank My Client" website, we would probably rate 5 out of 5 on the neurotic scale. Dave demonstrated patience and reserve as we narrowed down our search parameters through a lot of trial-and-error. And driving. Through construction zones. He was able to give his opinions on the different properties calmly, and without judgement...which we greatly appreciated. House hunting, despite what HGTV would have us believe, can be a trying, draining, and aggravating process. Thankfully, Dave was able to remove a lot of the emotional ballast that comes with finding "the perfect home", and help us evaluate each property on objective merits. **Insert jocular Star Trek reference here...the savvy reader will get our drift ;) ** In the end, we have the house we always wanted. But not only did we get a wonderful home, but we also made a great friend. We would recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy/sell. Unreservedly.
