We met Dave by recommendation of a close friend of ours. Dave took us under his umbrella with the best attitude and energy from the month of March until de end of January 2023. We came to Alberta from Ontario on March 2022 to visit. We were curious to see if Alberta was what everyone was talking about. He drove us around Calgary, Chestemere and Cochrane. He shared with us important statistic about the real state market. He kept us updated for almost 10 months, until we were ready to buy. Dave scored us two great deals. We bought a condo in Calgary and a house in Cochrane. Dave has been a lion-negotiator. He has been a strong support during doubtful moments and he always had our best interest at heart. He was so honest and advised us on our favour from the beginning even though he had the chance to score a quick commission. He preferred us to wait until we got exactly what we expected. Dave inspired us confidence when other agents tried to hook us in bad deals. Dave knows how much we appreciate him and how much we trust him. Any other potential buyer that finds Dave will be very lucky to find the best for this crazy market.
