<p>We are so glad we were reffered to Dave by a friend. He has worked so hard for us in the past and was fantastic this year again!</p> <p>He helped us sell our home that we were sad to leave, so our kids could continue attending their schools. We do miss our home that we built as a family, but Dave put together a memory book for us so we will always remember those times together.</p> <p>We love our new home so much and the kids are very happy! <p>When you hire a realtor, what you are looking for is someone relatable, hardworking, knowledgeable, honest, firm, dependable and someone who will have your best interest at heart. Dave was all of that and more for us. He listened to us and he listened some more. When he did not agree with our emotional assessment of the situation, he was firm but fair at the same time.</p> <p>We will continue to work with Dave. <p>This was my second transaction with Dave & the service was outstanding. I had recently got a new job in a different city and wanted to sell my condo quickly, but (of course) at a good price. Shockingly, the condo sold at the price I wanted during the first week it was listed. During the closing, I had already moved and Dave accommodated my not being there. Without question, I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for a real estate agent.</p>
