Dave helped my buy my first home in Calgary and I have recruited him again for my second. He is very accessible and very willing to show many places, even places I would not have first considered but turn out to be contenders for offers. He also won't try to sugarcoat a mediocre property just to make a sale, which is nice. Low pressure is his M.O. which is what I like most, but once he helps find the place you want, he helps you pursue it without hesitation which is necessary in Calgary's market. He'll match your pace but will continually keep his eyes open for suitable properties that pop up on the market. Highly recommended!
