<p>Susan was a great agent to work with. We came to her with our budget and what we were looking for and did an excellent job in identifying potential units. She walked us through the process as first time buyers. During in person visits, she pointed out aspects that we should consider of each property and was very thorough to ensure we had access to all the documents we would need to review prior to making decisions shortly after a visit. Her contacts for other stages of the buying process were also much appreciated as it streamlined inspections, and document processing.</p>

<p>The process from start to finish was completed in very professional manner, all expectations we meet or exceeded. All communications were completed in timely manner.</p>
