Susan went SO far above and beyond to help me sell my condo for a great price. I had already moved in to my new place, so going back and forth to the old place was a bit inconvenient. Susan helped minimize the need for that as much as possible. For example, She was there to let the stagers in when staging and un-staging my place. She even helped get a loose closet door fixed up, and replaced a non-working filtered water tap with a soap dispenser. Lots of little things helped make everything go so much more smoothly. I'm thrilled with how everything went, and wouldn't hesitate a moment to use Susan again!

Susan was very attentive and flexible with her schedule. One of us had never purchased before, and Susan explained the process and answered all our questions clearly and throughly. We were very particular about what we were looking for, and Susan was very patient about our needs. She made sure that we got a place that we’ve been very happy with. She was able to sell our Condo in Vancouver for the most a condo has ever sold for in the building, and then guided us through the process of purchasing a house in a rural area outside of lower mainland. She took many many ferry trips back and forth to ensure we found the right property in the location we decided upon. She also has great contacts in terms of a staging company along with home inspectors and lawyers, to make the transaction seamless. I would gladly use her again, or recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the frenzy of what is the real estate market of Vancouver
