<p>Susan Carhoun was the best agent for us. I firmly believe she would be good for anyone hoping to sell their home. She knew her business, was professional at all times and guided us along the difficult and stressful process. For example, she had our possession date the same as our selling date - so the finances lined up perfectly. There were many evenings she sat around our table to discuss the next step. She was always readily available, regardless of the time of day. We enjoyed her enthusiasm and energy, when we were running low and anxious. She priced our house perfectly - we had a couple of offers, and sold our house in 3 days for the full asking price -- in January with the snow! Everyone said we should never think of selling at that time. Susan did a fabulous brochure - with amazing pictures, taken on a dull and rainy day. Her virtual tour was stunning and made our home look amazing. She had the advice of a stager, no cost to us -- excellent ideas that obviously worked but was difficult to make happen. We needed Susan to guide us through that stage. To begin the selling journey, our home was really cluttered, we had been in the house for 27 years, and we had to get rid of a lot of items. Susan's advice of where to start was very helpful. She gave us advice on packing firms and moving companies - all being most helpful and reliable.</p> <p>We wish Susan well in her future - she certainly helped us be successful in ours. <p><br /> Susan responded to our email request for information on condos in Tsawwassen. From our very first contact she quickly understood our needs and requirements. She was willing to go exploring and seeing what was available in our price range. We were not sure we were ready to buy as we had a few balls in the air - but she happily arranged showings, gathered additional information, provided floor plans, and history of purchases and sales in each building. Unexpectedly, we found two units that we revisited a number of times. She did not balk at this but wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied. She was enthusiastic and positive without being pushy. She responded quickly and promptly. She offered wise counsel on various situations that existed in buildings without being negative - but just wanted us to be fully informed. In the end we purchased a wonderful unit - and cannot thank her enough for steering through the process.</p>

I just bought my first condo with the help of Susan. Let me say from the outset, Susan is a stellar agent and totally exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Susan for anyone looking for a realtor. To be honest, I was hesitant at first, I had never done this and was very nervous, so I examined my options - I had a choice of agents between a referral from work and also I decided to check reviews online. Susan obviously has great reviews. I had not met Susan but I knew about ReMax, so I made an appointment to chat. I chose her because I sent my requirements and she sent much more information, faster, than any other agent I was considering. Her response time to my questions was very fast, day or night, no matter the circumstances, text or email or phone. Plus, she has a law degree, which helps to explain her incredible eye for detail and great negotiation ability. When the price suddenly dropped on a condo on my short list, Susan quickly worked within my requirements and connected me to my new home. She was also able to refer a home inspector and law firm for all the matters together. She also helped anyone I needed, the mortgage broker etc... altogether I am very satisfied. I am the type of person who gets anxious in a sales situation if I feel like I am being pushed into something. With Susan, she was never pushy to get me to buy something that didn't work for me. She was always working FOR me, and I never felt like she was encouraging me to buy something just to make the sale. Susan always came prepared to a showing with property comparisons so I knew what similar properties had recently sold for. She was flexible with last-minute changes, and went above and beyond to contact properties/agents for showings. She helped me to offer a fair price, and was knowledgeable about a fair price to offer on purchase. She returned calls/texts promptly. I have no negative things to say about this amazing woman.
