My husband and I felt very fortunate to have Susan Carhoun as our realtor in Vancouver. With very short notice Susan set up several viewings for us to look at. She followed up promptly with our requests for additional information such as strata minutes, previous sales and other helpful documents which enabled us to make an informed decision. We only had a few days to look at properties as we were coming from out of town. Susan was sensitive to our limited time and scheduled her time to accommodate us on more than one occasion. Susan also assisted us with follow up after the sale as we navigated the necessary documentation process. Susan is experienced and knowledgable. She put no pressure on us and was extremely supportive. Her follow up at every step of the way was outstanding. We felt fortunate to have a realtor who was clearly there for us and readily available, responding quickly to any and all of our requests. I hope others will be able to have her as their realtor; someone who guides them through the maze of looking for a home with assurance and calm.

She knew her business, was professional at all times and guided us along the difficult and stressful process. For example, she had our possession date the same as our selling date - so the finances lined up perfectly. There were many evenings she sat around our table to discuss the next step. She was always readily available, regardless of the time of day. We enjoyed her enthusiasm and energy, when we were running low and anxious. She priced our house perfectly - we had a couple of offers, and sold our house in 3 days for the full asking price -- in January with the snow! Everyone said we should never think of selling at that time. Susan did a fabulous brochure - with amazing pictures, taken on a dull and rainy day. Her virtual tour was stunning and made our home look amazing. She had the advice of a stager, no cost to us -- excellent ideas that obviously worked but was difficult to make happen. We needed Susan to guide us through that stage. To begin the selling journey, our home was really cluttered, we had been in the house for 27 years, and we had to get rid of a lot of items. Susan's advice of where to start was very helpful. She gave us advice on packing firms and moving companies - all being most helpful and reliable.</p> <p>We wish Susan well in her future - she certainly helped us be successful in ours.
