I interviewed several agents before settling onto Susan. I am glad I went with her as she was very professional and guided me step by step through the whole process. She was easily accessible anytime on the phone and was always on time. She provided summary documents of the Strata meetings when asked for. We had a minor hiccup after possession that the house was not cleaned. She contacted the seller's realtor and had the house cleaned. Overall, a good agent to work with.

Susan was extremely helpful in guiding me through the home buying process. I was a first-time home-buyer, and had a lot of questions and blank spots in my knowledge of how to go about it. Susan was able to help me learn, and was willing to let me take my time in the process. She always made me feel like her most important client, despite my budget not being particularly high, nor my wants and needs being particularly well formed. She did a fantastic job in organizing all the viewings in the middle of a pandemic, giving me enough time to get a good feeling for each place. To be honest, she kind of showed up all the selling agents in her attention to detail, knowledge, and organization. When I was ready to buy, she guided me through the offer process - the seller's timeline made that a bit frustrating, but Susan was ready and willing to work until 11:00 at night, on a weekend, to make it happen. Post-sale she was fantastic as well, giving me recommendations for other service providers, and helping navigate the handover and all that, despite the seller doing their best to make that a hugely frustrating affair.
