Susan went above and beyond for us many times during our sale - from rapidly organizing a staging company, pitching in and helping us on staging day and move-out day, recommending cleaners, helping coordinate with mortgage brokers and lawyers, ensuring our sale was in sync with our purchasing plans - the list goes on!

She also created a well-conceived staging plan, and with her team executed the practical elements of a home refresh. Once the property was listed, Susan ran the open houses with extra care and attention to the building residents, which was appreciated by all. Susan successfully negotiated and concluded the sale all while I was out of town, smoothly navigating time zone and scheduling differences. She also monitored the home inspection and organized the repairs as needed. Susan managed every aspect of my condo sale with the highest level of professionalism and approachability.

Susan was absolutely incredible. Not only was she kind and professional, she went the extra mile by showing our home on a long weekend even when there was already an accepted offer! This ended up making all the difference because that accepted offer fell through, and a lovely couple who saw our home over that weekend were the ones who eventually bought our place - phew! If it weren't for Susan's consistent and persistent work ethics, our home could very well have stayed on the market for many more weeks, which would have been so incredibly stressful.
