Susan was absolutely incredible. Not only was she kind and professional, she went the extra mile by showing our home on a long weekend even when there was already an accepted offer! This ended up making all the difference because that accepted offer fell through, and a lovely couple who saw our home over that weekend were the ones who eventually bought our place - phew! If it weren't for Susan's consistent and persistent work ethics, our home could very well have stayed on the market for many more weeks, which would have been so incredibly stressful. I can't thank her enough!
