His knowledge of the area is so extensive it was real value added in the decision making process and was integral in purchasing a great house that suits our family needs. Communication with Steve were very easy, he was prompt in responding to every questions and even used FaceTime to show us houses before we arrived on our house hunting trip which was an advantage in a fast moving market. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
