We had an awesome experience with Steve. As we were three hours outside of our desired area, Steve would go to the properties we were interested in and face time us. Steve was always honest about each property he would show us. Once we found our new home, we went with Steve to see it and his evaluation of the house and grounds were bang on. Steve was also able to give us recommendations for local eateries, hardware stores, and even was able to point us in the direction of other services we would need upon closing. Steve will be our agent of choice for any future sales or purchases in this area.

Steve is very personable which makes it easy to get to know him. He helped us to quickly identify issues that, when corrected, made our home stand-out. The staging was great and our home showed very well. We were very pleased that a sale occurred within two weeks of listing.
