<p>Steve was really enjoyable to work with. I felt he actively sought out properties that were of interest to me, and was very helpful arranging times to view them. He was professional and helpful through out the process, and made sure all of the appropriate documents were handled in a timely manner. He was able to coordinate between myself, the seller, the mortgaging bank, and the law firm, making the purchases process much less stressful.</p>

Steve was very professional. He guided us in negotiations in buying our new place and selling our house. He has lots of experience and a great team that helped us get our home ready for the market. Our sale was quick and easy.

Steve was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of real estate transactions. Aside from the questions in this document I would like to highlight several items. 1. Staging. Included in the cost of selling was the use of a stager (Alexis). She spent 3 hours working every space of our house utilizing our furniture and making recommendations. 2. Moving to a different province. He was in direct contact with our agent in the new jurisdiction helping to coordinate our offers there which resulted in some savings. 3. I am wheelchair bound which he took into consideration accommodating my unique needs.

We can’t say enough great things about working with Steve Hamre. He is a consummate professional and helped us throughout the process, even afterwards when our home closed, he went above and beyond what we expected, to make sure that we were happy. When we presented concerns, he was quick to respond and presented solutions every time. We had to sell our home in order to take possession of our current home and Steve made it happen! He sent a stager to the house and the house sold in a week! You’re getting the whole package when you work with Steve. Thanks for helping us close our forever home.
