He was always available to answer our many questions very quickly. His calmness meant things never got overwhelming. What a great experience.</p>

We were looking for a house in the past two years till we got to know Steve Hamre back in December 2019. Our first phone call was the best impression we had from a real estate agent and my wife and I felt that he could find our ideal house. His expertise and precise knowledge of the region where he had his most activity in was outstanding. He had a very good follow up with us and soon he was able to find what we were looking for by constant communication. The very first house he showed us was our dream house and by proper negotiation, he was able to get the best deal for us. The paper work went quite smoothly and he made sure that all of our concerns were met. The best part of our experience with Steve was after the deal was signed off. He continuously was following the final steps of finalizing the contract and all the conditions of sale were properly met. On closing date and even after, Steve's help and his sincere efforts was the biggest welcome we had in moving in to our new house. Now after about a month, he is still in touch with us and following any concern about our new house.
