A friend referred me to Mark Garrett. He highly recommended Mark for reasons I came to learn were true. I was very specific about what I needed from a property and Mark delivered. He not only focused on the details given by me but, was my personality and how I wanted to live conducive to the area! Mark was well versed in the structure and materials used in each house; the pros and cons of my selections, and the quality of my investment. Throughout our engagement of house hunting, if I called Mark, he returned my call within minutes! Mark was always on time and always accommodating. I now consider him a friend and would definitely work with him again! What a pleasure being with an honest agent who cares for the individual!

Mark was amazing to work with. Being a first time renter, I had a lot of questions on how the renting process worked. Mark not only found me an excellent rental, but he was also great with answering all of my questions in detail and ensured that I understood everything about the process. Mark Garrett is a great realtor! He is dedicated, professional and passionate about his work!! His main focus is most definately his client and their goal is his goal! No pressure to sell or buy, as seen by so many agents, but more importantly, the happiness of his clients! It comes across quite clearly in his honest and dedicated approach! Selling and buying homes is most definately a stressful and at times, difficult experience in its own right, therefore, having a compassionate and caring individual can make all the difference.
