We met Mark by happen-stance, but we are so grateful that we did. As first-time home buyers, we were very overwhelmed with the whole process and did not know what to expect. Our agent Mark was very knowledgeable about what was important when looking at a house and guided us through every step along the way. His expertise was invaluable. For example - We looked at one house that was beautiful, move-in ready, and suited our family well, but Mark noticed a serious safety issue that would be very expensive for us to fix and would make the house difficult to insure. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Mark's top priority was finding the perfect house for our family within our price range. Once we found the perfect house and our offer was accepted, Mark helped us arrange a home inspection, find a lawyer, and even offered us his pick-up truck to help us move! Our experience with Mark was absolutely outstanding. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are 100% happy with their purchase.
