I’ve been in the medical device industry as a sales person for 17yrs. I always say, we as a profession can/do learn from good real estate agents. Mark is the agent I am speaking about. First, and most importantly, he listens to what’s important to you; supports by providing solutions while being objective at the same time; he’s practical, knows the business and provides insight into trends, and supports the information with evidence. Mark is honest/truthful, has a high level of integrity, and can be trusted. Once I found my “forever” home on Zolo, I thought our connection would end...however Mark was with me to the end...he was there for my closing, and came along for my PDI. I have recommended Mark to my neighbor in Milton and a good friend moving back to the area. Being a new home buyer and new to the real estate market and not knowing where to start, Mark made things very comfortable for me. I went from being unsure with little to no knowledge of the real estate market, to finding Mark, who assured to be there for me every step of the way and actually followed through with his words. He was there anytime I contacted him with my concerns and was always very thorough with the advice he gave me. I recently worked with Mark to buy a new home and sell my existing home. Mark is very experienced and knowledgeable about housing markets and selling strategies and I was able to sell my house quickly for a great price. Mark made himself available at all times, always keeping me informed. When home repairs were required, Mark stepped in and coordinated these repairs, which is above and beyond what I would normally expect from a realtor. Additionally Mark worked with my lawyer to provide all the necessary paperwork, making my life as easy as possible. Mark was in constant communication with all parties during this process, making sure everyone was happy. Mark is the ultimate professional and I am so happy and thankful he was my agent.
