It is my pleasure to recommend Mark Garret to be anyone's real estate agent. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful in helping my husband and I with our search and purchase of our new home. He responded to all of our requests promptly and could be relied on to make last minute property visits and offers to purchase within very short notice. He was very patient and we never felt pressured into making any offers we were not comfortable with. He was also personable and pleasant to deal with.

If you are looking to sell your house quick, he's your man, we were on the market for 17 days a lot of people went through the house looking, then BINGO 2 people like what they seen, had a mini price war and the next thing we knew we were looking for a new home, we wanted to move to PEI and Mark fixed us up with a real estate lady in PEI ,WOW she was great we got our dream home with an ocean view for half the price of a home in Ont. We met Mark while viewing a house this year and although the house was not entirely meeting our needs we were very impressed by his honesty, market knowledge and knowledge of economic cycles. We were also impressed by his kind personality and human skills and a few months later we asked Mark to help us selling a two storey duplex we owned and had it rented for the past thirty years and to our surprise, before commiting to the task, he spent some time with us to fully understand the reason for our decision to sale and our expectations. With that, we were convinced how thorough he is and we fully understood every step of listing and selling the house. Mark even offered to give our tennants the bad news and work with them during the process. The house has sold well and everyone involved was happy while Mark has not stopped impressing us. During the listing and selling process he has shown how careful with details he is, his large connections network, his great human skills in working with difficult people and municipal officials as well as his great problem solving skills.
