My husband and I finally became first time homeowners after working with Mark Garrett! He is patient, very easy to talk to, he guided us through the entire buying process from start to finish, and is always available to answer questions or set up viewings. We felt confident in Mark’s knowledge of the real estate market and trusted his judgment in all aspects of the buying process. Mark never tried to sway us either way when it came to looking at certain homes/neighbourhoods or making offers, but rather offered advice and let us make the decisions. We appreciate everything Mark did for us to go above and beyond! He is always available to answer questions, which exceeded my expectations bar none; I would sometimes text him at 9:00 at night on a Sunday with a random thought, and he would get back to me straight away rather than waiting until business hours on Monday. We also really liked the flexibility that the Three Pillars portal offered, as we would be notified when new listings met our search criteria and could easily set up a viewing through Mark. We are so excited for this next chapter in our lives, and cannot thank Mark enough for helping us achieve our goal of becoming homeowners.

Mark was amazing to work with. As first time home buyers we were lost until we started seeing places that Mark organized for us. Even when Mark knew we were likely a year or further away from being ready to purchase, Mark was happy and eager to take time to show us any place that we were interested in. For all the places Mark organized for us to view it was very obvious mark really took onboard our vision, price points and needs for what we were looking for. We felt Mark was honest and genuine throughout the process. We heavily relied on his expertise and couldn’t be happier with purchase for our new home! The process was made very easy with his knowledge, expertise and connections in the market. Even after purchasing our first home with Mark, which we couldn’t be happier about, Mark has continued to reach out, at times lending a very helping hand with questions or concerns we’ve had as first time buyers. I’ve been in the medical device industry as a sales person for 17yrs. I always say, we as a profession can/do learn from good real estate agents. Mark is the agent I am speaking about. First, and most importantly, he listens to what’s important to you; supports by providing solutions while being objective at the same time; he’s practical, knows the business and provides insight into trends, and supports the information with evidence. Mark is honest/truthful, has a high level of integrity, and can be trusted. Once I found my “forever” home on Zolo, I thought our connection would end...however Mark was with me to the end...he was there for my closing, and came along for my PDI. I have recommended Mark to my neighbor in Milton and a good friend moving back to the area. Being a new home buyer and new to the real estate market and not knowing where to start, Mark made things very comfortable for me. I went from being unsure with little to no knowledge of the real estate market, to finding Mark, who assured to be there for me every step of the way and actually followed through with his words. He was there anytime I contacted him with my concerns and was always very thorough with the advice he gave me. We worked with Mark for over a month looking for a Condo to rent. Mark was always upfront and honest, never pushed us or give us bad advice.
