We had been in our home for 53 years so relied on friends for referrals. Mark Garrett was highly recommended and even though we had never heard of the SHOREVIEW Real Estate Team, we "interviewed" him and other realtors and chose Mark. It was the best decision we could have made. The market had just changed from SOLD within days to much longer. Lots of traffic at first then dribbles. Mark worked tirelessly. He followed up on every possible lead, followed up with previous viewers, and constantly reassured us. We received constant phone calls and text messages and he visited us at the house to allay our fears and bolster our spirits and advise us when offers arrived. Mark was absolutely hands on - we felt like we were his only clients but we knew that we weren't. He works equally hard for all his clients because that is his work ethic. Mark worked very hard to sell our condo, first during the onset of covid which was unsurprisingly unsuccessful and again during the government's interest rate increases with stunning success. He was extremely patient and supportive with two seniors who were trying to get into a retirement home. Anyone should grab the opportunity to have Mark sell their property. He is a real gentleman.
