We had been in our home for 53 years so relied on friends for referrals. Mark Garrett was highly recommended and even though we had never heard of the SHOREVIEW Real Estate Team, we "interviewed" him and other realtors and chose Mark. Mark worked very hard to sell our condo, first during the onset of covid which was unsurprisingly unsuccessful and again during the government's interest rate increases with stunning success. He was extremely patient and supportive with two seniors who were trying to get into a retirement home. Anyone should grab the opportunity to have Mark sell their property. He is a real gentleman.
