I am fortunate and glad that we had Mark as our Agent. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Mark. He is just awesome. Mark is very professional with his work, he is patient, actively listens and always gives through explanation to your any questions or concern. He is knowledgeable, honest, and work for your best interest. It is also fun to work with Mark. He is detailed oriented and catches things you would overlook - it can be from home viewing to paperwork to process knowledge...anything. His availability and dedication towards his clients are just exceptional. Mark happily answered our question on call/ email / text at 11pm!! He encourages any last min doubts/ questions. We found Mark on-line, as we needed & wanted a Realtor working in the Lincoln area at the time. We found a link for “5 Best Realtors in Beamsville” & Mark was one of the names that came up - along with many positive & glowing customer testimonials about him too. We liked seeing & reading all the positive comments from Mark’s previous customer’s and decided to contact him. We were not disappointed. He helped us navigate through a very emotional time, with selling our childhood home – offering encouragement & advice along the way. He is a super friendly, very engaging, no-pressure realtor, who knows his stuff and went above and beyond for us.

Mark Garrett is honestly a fantastic realtor. Don’t know how he does it. He always responds quickly, will go out of his way to accommodate you, has great suggestions and quickly gets a feel for what you’re looking for. He is a no pressure realtor and listens to what you need. He’s patient and efficient. He went beyond our expectations. I joke around that he is realtor ++++ because he goes over and above. If you’re looking for a realtor, Mark is the best out there. We have moved many times and honestly we can say that Mark enjoys what he does and will be a gift to you should you decide to go with him as your realtor.

Mark sold our house within a week of it being listed! His strategy broke the record in the highest priced townhouse sold in Beamsville! We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and communication through out the entire process. He answered every question we had. He responded very fast whether it was from an email, call or text right away, even when it was early in the morning or late at night. We highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again in the future.

I am so thankful I had Mark as my agent. I was going through a difficult transition due to a death in the family and wasn't really happy about having to move. Thankfully Mark was with me every step of the way. House hunting in February and March was a crazy and at times a depressing experience but Mark kept us thinking positively.
