Mark Garrett exceeded all my expectations for what a real estate agent can do for me. I had worked with a different agent with another group back in 2019 that was good but pales in comparison to Mark. I worked with Mark for close to a year between 2020 and 2021 to purchase a detached home in St. Catharines. There are plenty of times where I must have been very annoying but he never showed any sign of it. Mark was able to answer my never ending questions about everything from real estate trends, renovations, philosophy of real estate, and the properties themselves. If he didn’t have an answer right away, he would find out for me. The 2020-2021 St. Catharines real estate market was extremely hot, and properties we looked at were often selling for 20-30% over asking price. I took a break from house hunting a few times during the process to save more money and to consider different options. Mark stayed patient with me and continued to share listings to keep me updated with the market. What stood out the most to me about working with Mark was that I never felt pressured to buy any property. As someone that directly benefits from the purchase of a home, he did not pressure me to offer on anything I wasn’t 100% sure about, and never pushed me towards a higher number for my offers. This strategy meant I probably had a lower success rate since many properties were selling outside of my comfort level, but the one that I eventually won was great value for me with no buyer’s remorse. On a few instances, Mark’s relationship with other professionals in the market allowed for me to improve my offer if I offered low, which essentially gave me a second chance at winning the deal. At the end of the journey, I purchased a beautiful detached home with 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms for the same price as many semi-detached properties in the area. It was a long journey but every step was enjoyable because of Mark’s guidance and expertise. After closing on the house, Mark connected me to tradesmen in his network that helped with work around the house that I couldn’t do myself at a discounted rate. I would recommend Mark for anyone looking to purchase a property in the Niagara region. I will be seeking Mark’s assistance in the future when I sell or buy another property in the area.

Mark is a true Elite Real Estate Agent who more than earned a perfect 10/10 rating. As a young first-time homebuyer I had a lot of challenges and learning curves to overcome but with Mark's expert knowledge I was able to take my time and make confident decisions each step of the way. Mark understands the market well and has an intuitive understand of his profession. Mark saw an opportunity and matched me to an ideal property which is difficult in todays market. He created the perfect offer to give me a chance at property ownership that I would not have had otherwise. I don't think I would have been able to purchase the home I did if it wasn't for Mark and in fact with how real estate is and considering my budget I may not have been able to acquire any property at all without Mark! Mark is incredible at the work he does and I would recommend him in an instance. I can't wait to work with him again in the future!

My husband and I finally became first time homeowners after working with Mark Garrett! He is patient, very easy to talk to, he guided us through the entire buying process from start to finish, and is always available to answer questions or set up viewings. We felt confident in Mark’s knowledge of the real estate market and trusted his judgment in all aspects of the buying process. Mark never tried to sway us either way when it came to looking at certain homes/neighbourhoods or making offers, but rather offered advice and let us make the decisions. We appreciate everything Mark did for us to go above and beyond! He is always available to answer questions, which exceeded my expectations bar none; I would sometimes text him at 9:00 at night on a Sunday with a random thought, and he would get back to me straight away rather than waiting until business hours on Monday. We also really liked the flexibility that the Three Pillars portal offered, as we would be notified when new listings met our search criteria and could easily set up a viewing through Mark. We are so excited for this next chapter in our lives, and cannot thank Mark enough for helping us achieve our goal of becoming homeowners.

Mark was amazing to work with. As first time home buyers we were lost until we started seeing places that Mark organized for us.
