Since we were newcomers to Edmonton and this would be our first home, we started out by visiting homes in a few different neighborhoods so we could get a feel for where we would like to buy. Loida was very patient with us to make sure we found the home and the area that was right for our lifestyle and our budget. Loida is such a professional Real estate agent. She goes above and beyond to her clients and doesn’t mind to go and check several houses first so that her clients can think property to what they wanted. Loida did not rush us in buying the house that we like but rather she gave us ample time To think about All the aspects of our plan to buy and the house itself. Loida also connected us to the right people for example house inspection, she did everything for us and arranged for us because we are living from a different province.
