As our offer was accepted and conditions were removed, she helped us get ready to show our own home. She was unfailingly courteous and helpful. I felt throughout the experience that she had become a personal friend whose main goal was to render service to us....she brought a realtor with an offer for us that was better than we had hoped for. We accepted the offer, and the conditions were removed exactly 9 days after the house went up for sale. We express to you our admiration for her as a person and a realtor.</p>
