Loida was always available when we need to see the listings. Truthful and knowledgeable. Never pushed us to make a deal. Did not try to influence our decisions, but always very supportive and honest with her opinion about the listings.

We had a great experience with Loida- so much so this was the second time we used her services. She’s readily available when you need her. She has good knowledge of the housing market and how to appropriately price your house. We moved during the pandemic and sold from a far. She always kept us in the loop about viewings and feedback from potential buyers. She sold our house fairly quickly. She is hardworking and dedicated to her clients.
