We can't thank her enough for helping us to find a place that we are looking for. Happy to be in it without any regret and she did find one for us on the first place we are interested with. We started looking for a place since March with a different realtor and it's been a real stressful time (feels like we are forced to get places that we are not happy to begin with and ending up to breaking point between me and my husband) Then we met Ms. Loida Lumanlan and she helped us all the way, up to finding us great people to work with to make this buying experience as stress free as it can be. When we deal with her, she is always there to help out and answer all our concerns and needs. We can't thank her enough for making this home buying experienced much better from what we experienced with a different realtor.
