Loida was a friendly, thoughtful and helpful agent who helped us through the overwhelming experience of buying our first home. We looked at 4 properties and she was knowledgable about them all, pointing out various things as we walked through that we would not have considered on our own. She was available easily by text or phone and responded quickly if we had questions or ideas. She also arranged viewings quickly with short notice. When it came time to make an offer and negotiate on a purchase price, she walked us through every step of the way and offered us strategies that were likely to work with the seller. She also had great recommendations for other professionals within her network, such as a home inspector, mortgage broker and real estate lawyer.
