We can't thank her enough for helping us to find a place that we are looking for. Happy to be in it without any regret and she did find one for us on the first place we are interested with. We started looking for a place since March with a different realtor and it's been a real stressful time (feels like we are forced to get places that we are not happy to begin with and ending up to breaking point between me and my husband) Then we met Ms. Loida Lumanlan and she helped us all the way, up to finding us great people to work with to make this buying experience as stress free as it can be. When we deal with her, she is always there to help out and answer all our concerns and needs. We can't thank her enough for making this home buying experienced much better from what we experienced with a different realtor. Her knowledge, experienced and her approached makes a big difference for me and my husband. Overall, we felt like we have all the best possible realtor and a person to deal with. Loida dedicated a lot of time and effort even though we were at the very bottom of the price market. She found many listings for us to view and spent several evenings with us going to see properties. She was very helpful in pointing out pluses and minuses that we might not have thought of and never rushed us.
