Loida made selling my sister's property very easy. Any forms that needed signed were forwarded by email. She provided excellent advice. She helped me through every step. The condo sold in three days for a $1000 over list price. This is the third property I have listed with her and certainly won't be the last time I will have her for my real estate agent. Loida is such a professional Real estate agent. She goes above and beyond to her clients and doesn’t mind to go and check several houses first so that her clients can think property to what they wanted. Loida did not rush us in buying the house that we like but rather she gave us ample time To think about All the aspects of our plan to buy and the house itself. Loida also connected us to the right people for example house inspection, she did everything for us and arranged for us because we are living from a different province.
