<p>Kevin was an outstanding realtor! He made time to find out what it was I wanted as well as what I could comfortably afford. Clearly, Kevin's personal experience in property ownership and experience as a realtor helped him guide me through the entire process from start to finish. As a new comer or seasoned veteran to the market, Kevin knew how to answer my questions appropriately. And if he didn't, Kevin find out via resources and networks. If I were selling or buying again, I would definitely use Kevin Chau. He was readily available day/ evenings, weekdays or weekends. Very flexible and willing to help!</p>

<p>Kevin was incredibly helpful not only in the purchase of our home but with our family's relocation to Calgary from Ontario. Kevin was very attentive to our needs and wants and focused our search for a home to the areas we identified with the amenities we wanted/ needed and the community feel within our price range. Kevin was very helpful in our relocation offering advice with respect to setting up services (hydro, cable, etc) for our home and even professional services such as dentists, doctors, etc. Being well connected, Kevin also connected us with contractors to help us with some home renovations we wanted to complete. We would definitely recommend Kevin to our friends and family!</p>

<p>Kevin is a great guy and we are very pleased with our experience working with him purchasing our first home. Kevin was timely, efficient, and most importantly, patient. Unforeseen circumstances prevented us from buying as immediately as we were hoping, and although it was almost 8 months between when we started looking to when we purchased, Kevin was never pushy and always available for advice.</p> <p>We really appreciated that he respected our budget while we looked at homes, and when we placed offers, and never urged us to 'up our bid' unless we were comfortable. He'll go to bat for you when it matters most.</p> <p>Even as buyers, we never felt Kevin had any other objective than to get us into the perfect home. He entertained and explored our wilder ideas on what we thought we may have wanted, and his advice ultimately led us to what has become our favorite neighborhood. When the day comes when we are ready to upsize, there is no doubt in my mind we will call Kevin to represent us again. Highly recommend.</p>

<p><br /> Kevin was extremely patient with us as we dragged him to lots of houses. He helped us make sense of our decision making and then found us the perfect home for what we were looking for.</p> <p>Our home inspection came back with some pretty big red flags and we still wanted the house. Kevin’s negotiations and strategy for pricing took care of all these issues and then some.</p> <p>In a cost sensitive world, of list it yourselfers and 2% comp signs we could not imagine buying or selling without Kevin as part of the team. He is worth his weight in gold and we recommend him to anybody that will listen.</p> <p>This is his calling and he is extremely good at his craft.</p>

<p>It was an absolute pleasure working with Kevin! He operates at an extremely high level of professionalism, ethics and service. He truly cared about pleasing us (as his clients) with a keen focus on maximizing our investment in a challenging market....as opposed to just wanting to get a deal done. He always communicated with my wife and I on pricing strategies and was able to make the selling process as smooth as possible. You get the full meal deal with Kevin, in fact, he even dedicated an afternoon to help me move some heavy pieces of furniture. I'd definitely work with Kevin again and recommend him to others without an ounce of hesitation!</p>
