Have you browsed other real estate websites? Most make claims about how many awards and achievements they’ve received or how they rank relative to peers. Even how great they are at their niche market. What they don’t tell you is who they are. What are they about? Are you going to enjoy spending time with them? Are they going to be rushing you to buy to shore up their statistics?
I’d like to tell you something about me and my approach to real estate.
Like most of us, father, friend, and mentor. For real estate one of my most important qualities is that I’m a Calgarian. I’ve lived here since 1982, experiencing both boom and bust cycles. I’ve lived in all four quadrants of this fast growing city, I’ve floated our rivers, cycled our pathways, skated the rinks, and ran through our parks. And let’s not forget Stampede. I know Calgary.
