We initially met Kevin when he helped our daughter to buy the house of her dreams more than a year ago. After we went through a stressful experience when we bought a property in West Springs this February and we felt deeply let down by unpleasant complications on our new home's possession date, we decided to give Kevin a call to help us to sell our vacated condo, also in the area of West Springs, since we had already moved to our new place. Kevin definitely knows what he is doing, and is down-to-earth (qualities we really appreciated after our previous negative experience). He provided us with solid advice and negotiated our sale skillfully and fairly. Our condo was sold quickly and we did not have any difficulties or unwanted surprises.
