Kevin was the perfect Real Estate agent for us as we were looking to move to Alberta. Being from out of province, we did not know anything about the city and Kevin was great with showing us a number of neighborhoods that fit the criteria we were looking for while also informing us of what areas to avoid. Kevin is does not sugar coat things and calls it how it is, which we loved in our real estate agent. From the first time we chatted with him, we knew he was the right guy for us. He immediately set up a search for us to keep us up to date as new properties came on the market and was always available via phone or text within 30 minutes (usually less) of reaching out to him. When we found the property we loved, Kevin was clear on what the process would be, went and toured the house for us as we were from out of town and was great at using his connections to get an understanding of the interest in the property and advising us what we should put our offer in at. If we ever move again, Kevin will be the first person we call to sell and find us a new home.
