Kevin Chau was exceptional. I live outside of Calgary, and was very fortunate to have had his services guiding me in the sale of my Calgary property. He showed expertise in every manner. He had excellent knowledge not only of Lakeview, but all of Calgary. His advice and strategic plan was highly skilled. He was trustworthy, always available. His service went much above what I expected. As an out of town seller he provided and liased with mulitple contacts for the various services required to update the property, and as well visited the home multiple times. He was outstanding.

We had such a great experience with Kevin. He really listened to what we were looking for and was super knowledgeable about the market. He genuinely cared about helping us find the right place. When he had to be out of town his sister stepped in to help us find the perfect house. Kevin was able to sell our house on the first day it was listed!! The whole process was easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend!
