Agent was knowledgeable and professional. The listing went up one week before Covid -19 lock down. Agent was sympathetic to my concerns regarding showings during the unprecedented time and together we worked out a strategy plan to enable showings that were safe and respectful. But most important for us as a seller is, he was able to strategise to not only to help us make the sale within 2 weeks but also got us the price that beat the listing price.
