We just sold our current home under the expert guidance of Kevin Chau. He has been exemplary in his dealings with us. But most important for us as a seller is, he was able to strategise to not only to help us make the sale within 2 weeks but also got us the price that beat the listing price. This is the second time he has repeated such results for us. Back in 2012, he did the same and sold our house for a price which beat the listing price. Considering how the resale market is in Calgary, I think this shows his excellence. With all the expertise and negotiating skills he comes across quite humble and genuine and yet very professional. Now, he is a friend to both of us. Currently he is helping my friend in his property purchase endeavour, which too is another very positive experience.

Great realtor! He is a great negotiator and understands the market. As a seller's agent he is very knowledgeable and practical; as a buyer's agent he was never pushy and let's you drive the ship, when it comes to deciding which house is the right house for you. With regard to customer services, he goes above and beyond; all our questions and requests were met before and after the sale and purchase of our house.

Kevin is a very good negotiator. On the purchase side, he was able to negotiate a price substantially lower than I would have been willing to pay. On the purchase side, our criteria were to get a good fair price and sell quickly. Kevin believes in realistic pricing. He suggested a listing price that we were happy with (and the result of an extensive discussion) and the property was sold in less than a day for more than list. To say we were very happy with this result would be an understatement .
