<p>We are a military family so we move a lot. Our experience with Greg Hamre was by far our best experience ever with a realtor acting for me as vendor. Greg’s attention to detail knowledge of the local market and strategic advice were excellent. He referred us to an excellent stager who helped us prepare our home to show and his photographer aptly captured our home inside and out permitting us to show it in its best light. The Hamre’s online presentation of our home was impressive and effective, allowing us to receive multiple offers in a very short period of time. Greg’s effort generated an excellent result, as were able to conclude a purchase and sale at asking price five days after the house was listed - an excellent result thanks to the work of the amazing people at team Hamre.</p>

Greg Hamre was a lifesaver!!! My home had been listed with a different agent with no luck for nearly 8 months. I was going through a divorce and keeping the home was adding stress. Greg stepped in and did an amazing job!!!! He not only helped me make difficult choices, but he guided me through it all and took all the stress off my plate!!! I totally trusted him to have my best interests always and he definitely went above and beyond to get this done in a timely manner and for a good price!!! He is extremely professional, very honest about your property, excellent and efficient at communicating and even added the personal touch of letting me cry about it all over a coffee meeting!!!
