We have used Greg to sell and buy a home. In both processes, he was more than great. In helping us finding a house, he said one sentence that proved to us how attentive he was to our needs and desires: - I will not show you 30 houses, I know what you are looking for, and I will not waste your time seeing houses that I know won't be to your liking.- He was very selective. He did his homework and he was bang on! All the houses we saw had something that we liked. When we settled on one in particular, it was magical, those are the words used to describe the house. Greg is an awesome person as well as awesome real estate agent, and we would highly recommend him to anyone.. If ever we sell our home and buy somewhere else in the area of Ottawa, he would be our first and ONLY pick. We feel very lucky to have met him.. Thank you Greg..
